  We have dropped in a half dozen times since they opened, food has been great, service good, staff was helpful and friendly. We like the patio on sunny days. Only issue is, not great value for the price. It is not that the prices are high but the portions are very small and the pints come in a 14oz glass. Going rate for a 500ml pint at most brew pubs or tap houses is 6$ here you are only getting 3/4 of a beer. Having said, that they do have a great selection. Same with the food, we ordered the nachos as an appy, they were 7$ the waitress did warn us they were small but when they came there were only 8 chips on the plate, they were very tasty and loaded with mango, cheese and all the fixings but just a tad too small. Not sure if we will be back as we frequent several other local establishments who are a little more generous with their portions and serve a full pint beer for the same price as the Sawmill.

  The prawns were too salty, fries were cold. Chicken wings were a but on the dry side. I am not a problem customer, but the food only just met expectations. That's why three outta five. The restaurant is incredible looking. Just needs better cooks. Lol

  Just went for a quick beer tasting flight an appy at the bar. Atmosphere is nice, service was great. 26 craft beers on tap with a knowledgeable bartender. Nachos were very tiny but fresh made tortilla chips. Cost was slightly more expensive.

  Had a birthday dinner with the family. Great service. Entree was excellent. Must make reservations for on the hour or half hour. The can't do it at the 15 or 45 min mark. Price was a little step , but no too bad

  Food is outstanding... Service has been slow all 3 times we've been. Waitress forgot our drinks twice. We keep going back because the food is outstanding. Staff are very friendly
